| LSV at Beihai is no longer just an orphanage for the abandoned children. It is a home, a community, a family, and training center for the forsaken youngsters and many others.
At our new home, fatherless children experience living in a family with parental love and care. They are given opportunities to learn new skills that they've been dreaming of: music, art, computer, language, etc. Older children are given vocational training and potential job positions at the Village. The LSV children are also integrated with other local children in the schools.

We are building a community based facility for the LSV children at our new location, Nan Kang, Beihai.The cost of LSV new home and community is USD $5 million.
The cost of the first phase construction is USD 3.5 million including family housing, nursery, dormitories, and training center. Your contribution, in any amount, will help make the children's dreams come true.

1. Families for Handicapped Orphans
Handicapped orphans with various disabilities, housed in normal nuclear family homes, will be raised by loving parents and uncles or aunties. They will be guided into moral maturity; imparted with family values, and grown into upright individuals impacting the society with meaningful employments.
2. Jobs for the Handicapped
Appropriate industries and store-front businesses will be established to provide jobs and job training for the handicapped from LSV and elsewhere in China. This has become a very rare opportunity as mandated handicapped quota at factories has been greatly reduced due to market economy.
3. Training and Conference Center
A center for professional training and community education will provide instruction in marriage, parenting, character building, mental health, rehabilitation, vocational training, and more. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world will draw many from China, and other nations, to hold conferences, short courses, and special events.
4. Education
- English Institute –
An English institute for children in LSV and the local community will enhance chances
for college education and future employment.
- Creative Arts Institute – A creative arts institute in music, arts and dance will provide holistic education
for LSV children and those in the surrounding community.
- International School –
An international school will offer English based curriculum in all subject areas
for both foreign and local Beihai area students.
With this new beachhead, situated at a gateway to Asia and the world, we have been given a new found purpose and vision to fully utilize this new land and our worldwide human resources. We will not only strengthen our existing mandate to serve the handicapped orphans in Guangxi but will go beyond that. We have also been invited to serve the local community through providing training, specialized education, and business development.
This new land comes with a compelling mandate to make this a House of Blessings for all nations. Many from all over the world will bring in human and financial resources to bless the fatherless, the needy, and the impoverished in China . In return, these recipients of blessings will one day be sent out to the nations to bless others.
